How long is the rental for? How many hours and how late will you stay?
The average rental period is 2 to 4 hours. However, we are very flexible and willing to adjust prices for other periods of time to accommodate your budget and event. Our cutoff time most events is 1:00am EST. This cutoff time in some cases can be extended for example after proms and school functions. Please contact us for more details.
What if it rains the day of my outdoor event, or rain is in the forecast? What is our cancellation policy?
We can't control Mother Nature, but don't worry, we have you covered (literally)! At the time of your outdoor event rental, it is NOT mandatory that you rent the optional 25ft x 25ft inflatable canopy (see image below). However, since our equipment cannot be operated in the rain, it is unsafe to ride in the rain. Below is our options in the event of inclement weather:

Option 1 - Rental of a large inflatable 25x25ft canopy. This option is great for light rain and non-windy days; any wind over 25mph is not effective. You can rent this on the date of your event. Its $150.00 for the rental

Option 2 - Rain Delay: In the event of a small pop-up storm, we can cover the equipment, let the storm blow through, and reconvene after it passes. We provide 20 minutes free of charge to add back to your event. Anything over cuts into your rental window.

Option 3 - Total cancellation in the event of a total cancellation due to weather your event is cancelled, and you receive a full refund of your deposit, you cant control the weather so why be charged for it is our philosophy. You can also select an open rain date to reschedule.

How far will you travel?
We are based in Hockessin, Delaware, and offer a standard travel radius of 55 miles of the 19707 area code, and up to 80 miles for an additional fee with our mechanical bulls. This includes areas within Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. With our Transit vans, we have the ability to fit in all areas, including congested city streets.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, registration #19497 with the Bureau of Ride and Measurement standards, we also have a full-time amusement ride inspector on staff who inspects our equipment before every event and is also present at every event! We are fully insured by Zodiac Insurance. Click HERE to view our certificate of insurance. Also, all of our operators are expertly trained to deal with any situation and operate the bulls based on the rider's experience and comfort. What are the age limits or weight requirements for riding the bull?
No age requirements! We can control the bull according to the rider's ability, and age. However, very young and small children must be accompanied by an adult. Our bulls can accommodate any rider under the weight of 350lbs.
What are the electrical requirements to run the bull?
Our bulls are dual voltage and can accommodate a 110-volt outlet and also a 220-volt outlet. If using 110-volt we require a 20 amp dedicated outlet. We can provide a generator if we are not within 100 ft of a power source.
How much space is needed to set up the bull?
A flat area of 20' x 20' will be enough for the inflatable mat, blower, and our control stand. If your event is an indoor event, we require a minimum entryway of 36" wide and a minimum 11' ceiling height. There can be NO stairs for the equipment to go up or down. If entryway is smaller than 36" there is a $150.00 disassembly fee that can be paid.
How much does it cost to rent the bull?
We are currently the most affordable, reputable provider in the region. Pricing varies depending on distance and time. Please call us or email us, and we can discuss your specific needs.
Can we just rent a bull and operate it ourselves?
No. Only our expertly trained staff may operate the bulls. This is for your own safety as well as ours and our bulls.
